Abstract EN
The study aims to identify the extent to which Arabic language supervisors employ cloud computing to sensitize teachers about learning outcomes.
It also aims to specifythe obstacles faced by educational supervisors of Arabic language curricula in employing cloud computing to sensitize teachers about the targeted learning outcomesof their subjects.
Furthermore, this research detects statistical differences between the mean responses of the educational supervisors of Arabic language curricula to the questionnaire themes prepared for this purpose.
They are attributed to the difference in academic qualifications, years of experience, or the degree of familiarity with computers.
The study includes 90 educational supervisors of the Arabic language from the cities of Riyadh and Jeddah, evenly distributed.
The results of the study reveal the importance of the third-generation Web technology "Web 3.0", particularly cloud computing, to the supervisors of Arabic language.
The results also show that the third-generation Web provides asuitable and safe environment for central storage of information and applications, which makes it a good learning management system by creating documents of learning outcomes of Arabic language.
In addition, the results indicate that (70%) of the supervisors need training in how to achieve the leaning outcomes of the Arabic language, and so do the teachers.
The supervisors (74%) also need training in cloud computing to introduce them to its applications.
Finally, the study shows that academic qualifications and years of experiencevariables have no effect on the knowledge of cloud computing.
It is the medium or high degree of familiarity with computers that may have an effect on the use of cloud computing.
This depends on the extent of one's knowledge of cloud storage and how to employ them in teaching and learning processes.
