The study aimed to regulate the scale (Sports Marketing), for the purpose of derivation of standards and the development of the standard levels of first division clubs in Iraq, and to achieve those goals, the researcher used the descriptive approach, the survey manner and the standard rates study.

After a series of field measures of legalizing the main tool to the research Scale (sports marketing), the heads of first division clubs in Iraq's (63), and validation, and the use of appropriate statistical methods to address the findings in order to serve the research and achieve goals, and then deriving standards and the standard levels were put which identified six levels.

.

The study concluded that: the criteria derived from the rationing society, a means of evaluating and interpreting reliable in assessing the reality of (sports marketing), by comparing the level of each club with other clubs, also found: that the distribution of sample (Baghdad - North (a )), came identical to some extent with what is supposed to be, while the distribution of sample (middle and South - North (b), did not come identical to some extent with what is supposed to be.
