English Abstract

The present study aimed to identify the reality of postgraduate studies in Islamic University in Gaza from point view of teaching staff members, and reveal differences in responses of teaching staff owing to variable (college- scientific degreeexperience) and identify ways of developing it.

The researchers followed descriptive curriculum, the study tool was questionnaire, the target population consisted of (34) teaching staff member, the date tackled by S.P.SS.

The study concluded satisfaction staff members about reality of postgraduate studies in Islamic University, the study revealed that there are no statically differences owing to variable college (humanitarian-science), the study revealed differences to scientific degree variable for favor associated teacher, the study revealed also differences to experience variable for favor (5-10) years, the study introduced some recommendations to develop postgraduate studies.
