Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the level of organizational decline and its causes from the perspective of the supervisors in south of Jordan, and their relationship to variables (qualification and experience).

To achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was developed which consisted of two parts and five areas and (47) items, Validity and reliability were insured.

The study sample consisted of 136 educational supervisors in the departments of Education in South Jordan for the academic year 2015/2016.

The study results showed that the level of organizational decline was average with an arithmetic mean (2.77) and a standard deviation (0.76), The study also revealed that there were no significant statistical differences at the level of (  0.05 ) that can be attributed to qualification and experience .

In light of the results of the study, the researchers recommended the need of combining between theory and practice regarding the care of creativity and innovation, and also giving educational supervisors more authority to enable them to contribute to the management of the manifestations of the organizational decline.
