Abstract EN

This research aims to demonstrate the impact of Economic freedom on the functions of the financial markets, by studying the impact of absolute and disciplined Economic freedom on some functions of the financial market like Attracting savings for the benefit of investors and provide adequate funding to the government sector , allocation of resources ,distribution of income ,stimulate economic activity and others.

Financial markets have been shown deficiency in the light of the absolute Economic freedom for doing a lot of functions optimally, while in the light of disciplined Economic freedom these markets performing the functions assigned to their optimally.

This result is due to the commitment of disciplined Economic freedom with finer details of Islamic provisions which control them.The research is recommended to commit by Islamic provisions control economic freedom to improve the condition of the Islamic financial markets.
