Abstract EN

This research targets studying securitization operations from Islamic and financial perspectives through explaining the concept of securitization, its history of development, and the mechanism and stages of its practicing , its types , parts involved in ,and its elements, and its financial advantages and risks, as well as its fiqh rooting , and its judgment in terms of Sharia using descriptive, analytical and comparative approach .

The reach finds a number of results, most impotent are :- The securitization is related to transforming institutions into debt to securities traded in the financial markets, as well securitization has financial benefits for a lot of parties, and also it has a lot of risks and problems related to it as a modern financial tool.

From Islamic perspective, it was clear after study that securitization in its current form not comply and contrary with the provisions and principles and purposes of Islamic Sharia.

The research suggests alternatives and Shari controls for its revision and acceptance.
