Abstract EN

The purpose for this study is to explicate the impact of the reasons beyond the revelation of both the Qur’anic verses the prophet’s Hadiths on Al-ijtihad, through shedding light on how much care and interest given to this issue by the prophet’s companions and their followers.

The study also shows the utmost accuracy given to the aspect of quoting the precise statements which indicated these reasons, end employing them as means to deduce the Shar’i rules and regulations.

Obviously, this study showed that giving up these reasons was a causality to lead some scholars to misunderstand the versions that were intrinsically connected with those reasons.

Furthermore, this study unveiled the close relationship between these reasons and the comprehensive purposive of the Shar’i texts.
