Abstract EN

This study aimed at investigating the pidagical needs to faculty members at Muta University in the light of the quality assurance standards and know the statistically significant differences within estimates of the study sample for the needs of pedagogical depending on the variables: sex, college, academic rank, experience and the number of training courses.

To achieve the objectives of the study questionnaire was developed and checked sincerity and persistence, The study population consisted of 510 faculty members, and the study sample (270) faculty member, (53%) of the study population..

Results of the study showed that the faculty estimates of pedagogical needs came with a high degree for each domain and for all, the order of domains in terms of the degree of need, respectively (content knowledge, knowledge of public Alipidaauajjah, knowledge of curriculum, knowledge of educational contexts, knowledge of educational goals, values and knowledge of the characteristics of the learners).

The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the sample estimates of the pedagogical needs according to college, academic rank, and experience.
