Abstract EN

The study aims to figure out the impact of the organizational culture to adopt corporate social responsibility, with case study of Algerian enterprises group, we will identify the nature of organizational culture, prevailing in these enterprises according to Hofstede model for the organizational culture ;and to know social responsibility commitment of these enterprises by depending on stakeholders model in the measurement of social performance as well .; then , to study the impact of prevailing organizational culture with its four dimensions on enterprises commitment towards each part of stakeholders.

The study concluded that, there is a positive impact of prevailing organizational culture in the enterprises under study on its social responsibility commitment
