Abstract EN

The literary harm which may be caused to the victim in his dignity and reputation due to the erosion of it insults or slander, or insult or defamation of most types of harm, and may exceed sometimes the physical damage, but the idea of compensation for literary harm has not been given the importance that deserves in the literature Islamic jurisprudence due to the non-occupation priority of the norms prevailing among the ancient scholars, which has affected the modern scholars who stood the most conservative stance on the idea of compensation for literary harm.

This study will try to address this issue repaired yet the concept of moral harm, and illustrated to the idea of compensation and keeping track of this idea in the literature ancient and modern jurisprudence, and reached of all the results contained in the conclusion.
