Abstract EN

This research aimed to identify the level of outputs of higher education in Algeria and its main characteristics.

It also aims to show the importance of academic standards in improving the level of higher education outputs, while addressing some international models, and the Algerian experience in this field, For my analysis.

The study concluded by proposing a model for academic standards that could contribute to improving the outputs of higher education in Algeria.
