This study aims to eliminate any confusion and to define the basic concepts and ideas related to organizational culture, which is considered today among the most important tributaries of human relations in the organization, untapped, because the absence or misunderstanding, which is negatively reflected on the level of practice The descriptive approach was used in this study through the bibliographic scanning tool that collected, analyzed and exposed the different informations on the subject, which leads to the most important result hence the need to assimilate the concept, advantages and sources of organizational culture for optimal use for the benefit of the institution
