This study aimed to examine the Abstract : effectiveness of two models (ready-made/ structured) for structuring the instructional content in a blended elearning environment in developing digital image processing skills in the students of Palestine Technical College (PTC) - Deir Al Balah.

The research used a purposive sample of (50) students enrolled in the image processing course at the PTC.

The research examined its hypotheses; the Semi-Experimental method was employed where two instruments were used: an observation card for image processing skills and an evaluation card for assessing students’ output (commercial design images).

The study reached a number of results mainly the consistent with Blake Modified Ratio; the study revealed two models (readymade/ structured) for structuring the instructional content in a blended e-learning environment in developing digital image processing skills in the students of PTC effectiveness of two models (ready-made/ structured) for structuring the instructional content in a blended elearning environment in developing digital image processing skills in the students of Palestine Technical College (PTC) - Deir Al Balah.
