Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between intellectual capital in his three dimensions and commercial banks performance.

It is necessary that these institutions understand the importance of intellectual capital and its effective role in creation of value and enhance competitive position.

The study included a survey of employed by commercial banks to gather data about different dimensions of intellectual capital and their relation with commercial banks performance.

The study concluded that the true value of banks depends on its intellectual capital, which is the most important source of competitive advantage.

The customer dimension required more attention which order the development of organizational values that can have an influence on behaviors of human resources in commercial banks, in order to have a customer service culture and serves the objectives and aspirations of the Organization to positively affect levels of performance
