This study aims to offer training needs for teachers who are specialist in Majmah Governorate.

The point of this study is to examine the training needs for those teachers in different fields, and to work on them.

This current study identifies the most important training needs for the special education teachers, and it will provide answers for the followings questions: 1-What are the training needs for teachers who are specialist in special education working in public schools in Majmah Governorate? 2-Do the training needs for the teachers of special education in Majmah differ according to the gender? 3-Do the training needs for the teachers of special education in Majmah differ according to the years of experience? 4-Do the training needs for the teachers of special education in Majmah differ according to the qualification? Descriptive approach based on survey and questionnaire are used in this study.

One of the procedures used in this study is to distribute the questionnaire which suits the aims of this study by using selective sample intentionally, throughout the questionnaire training needs are identified and examined it’s validity and reliability.

The results of this study show these points: 1-There is training need which represents skills of evaluation, measurement, teaching planning, strategies of teaching and communication skills.

2-No clear differences in training needs for teachers who are specialist in special education according to the gender, major, and years of experience.
