Abstract EN
For the sake of improving the technical performance of any game or sports effectiveness, one of the main demands in the educational process is to care learners through having an effective role in the process of learning and to make them more independent in decision-making and all this through the development and diversification of teaching methods and the selection of teaching method ,which should be appropriate to the type of the activity to be learned .The researchers observed that many learners made many mistakes in the technical stages of the high jump activity .
Therefore, the researchers decided to use a teaching method that is appropriate to the students' abilities, levels and individual differences and drives them towards thinking and reasoning in order to achieve the correct and better performance.
Therefore, the researchers used the self-revision method which is regarded as one of the important teaching methods that develop from the learning process.
