The study aims to reveal the role of community centers directors within the green line in enhancing community development as perceived by their employees in light of variables demographics, the study used descriptive analytic method, the study sample consisted of 152 workers, in which the researcher used a questionnaire as a tool to study after it was confirmed of validity and reliability, the study results showed that: the role of community centers directors in promoting community development within the green line, from employees perspective was high, as results showed the absence of significant statistical differences in the responses of respondents on the role of directors of community centers Green Line according to variables (sex, academic qualification, experience), and based on the results and the researchers recommended that there is a need for the employee to promote and develop his self-skills by the community centers directors, as well as intensify the instilling values and culture of community centers among the various groups and institutions of society.
