Abstract EN

This research come to show us the issue of abridged Hadith, it’s authority and impact on difference of jurist’s opinions from two chapters.

Chapter one: abridged Hadith: the researcher includes meaning of abridgement, it’s reasons, also what she includes in the research, prevention, and authority: shortcut to help make it shorter on the witness on Hadith, extract ruling from it, and to know the famous event from this Hadith.

Also, this research includes the shortcut rule at the specialist of Hadith and the fundamentalists, some of the says it’s forbidden, some of them say permissible, third part says that it’s permissible but without change the meaning of the Hadith, and the rules inside it.

Also, this research talked about the evidence of abridged Hadith and the researcher summarize it through reading the sayings of fundamentalists until the abridged Hadith is proof without changing the meaning of Hadith through the shortcut.

The second chapter discusses the difference of jurists because of abridged Hadith when husband accusation his wife in adultery and become pregnancy.

The researcher common on that subject to accusation with adultery depend on see it and denial the pregnancy will be more accurate than libel.

Also, the total of Hadith that mentioned in this subject shows the both subjects.

Also Ibn Abas connect the accusation with adultery on forbidden the pregnancy, and if it was abridged its supporter with other evidence.
