القول الصائب في بيان سماع مجاهد بن جبر المكي من السائب بن أبي السائب رضي الله عنه

Abstract EN

This research deals with Mujahed’s hearing study of from Al-Saib Ibn Abi Al-Saib (may Allaah be pleased with him) by collecting all of his narrations from books of the Sunnah.

The importance of the research is related to judging on the attribution (Al-Esnad( either continuous or discontinuous resulting the acceptance of the novel or not.

The researchers adopted an inductive analytical approach and obtained results were as follows 1 Mujahed did not hear from Al-Saib but Mujahed narrated from him by Kaed Al-Saib 2 Mentioning the narrating by someone between two narrators whom meeting has not been proved is an evidence of non-hearing a narrator to another 3- Mujahid has only three novels narrated from Al-Saib (may Allaah be pleased with him).

The scientists outweighed the Mujahid’s novel that was narrated from Kaed Al-Saib who narrated from Al-Saib among those three novels.
