The philosophy of education in the Arab world is considered as a matter of states and governments, because they are capable to achieve the principle of equal educational of opportunities for all.
Therefore, they have not ceased?on the increased spending on the educational sector, although a steady increase in the number of continued high the number of school attendees.
But the transitions that have taken place in the political, economic and social contexts in the Arab region have accelerated the special initiatives to contribute to the educational process, even though they are different from one country to another.
However, many of the reluctance has accompanied this educational dramatic shift, therefore, in many Arab countries, as Algeria, make private schools more vulnerable to the administrative constraints, and are open to doubt from society which have educed from their educational productions, and has condemned to failure?
