The research aimed at evaluating the impact of the integrated relationship between UG and QAS in improving graduates' quality.

The researchers conducted an analytical descriptive study on a purposive sample consisting of three groups of stakeholders containing academic instructors, graduates and graduates' employers.

90 questionnaires were distributed, of which 81 were received.

In analyzing the study data, descriptive statistics were used such as: mean, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis.

While in testing the study hypotheses, Cronbach-alpha, Kolmogorov-Sminrov, T-test, ANOVA and Leven-test.

The study revealed the full agreement of the three groups that the integrated relationship between UG and QAS have a significant statistical impact on improving graduates' quality.

However, there were some differences in their attitude towards the relative importance of this factor.

The students/graduates group showed the lowest agreement which indicates that their culture in this area is not perfect.

Therefore, to enhance their culture towards the UG and QAS, their education plans should embody the concepts and principles of the aforementioned two variables, because they are very important instrument in improving graduates quality.
