Abstract EN

This research aims to design hypnosis learning program and identify its effect on improving gymnastics ground skill (front and back roll, hand stand, side Cartwheel) performance level and psychological variables (relaxation, anxiety, positive self talk).

Research sample consisted of 55 stumbled students having gymnastic syllabus, divided into (20) students experimental group taught using hypnosis learning, (20) students control group taught using traditional method learning and (15) students as pilot sample.

Hypnosis learning.

Pogram implemented over 8 weeks, 3 units per week, each unit 60 minutes.

The most important conclusion that hypnosis learning program has positive effect on reducing anxiety level and muscle tension and improving gymnastic skills study level.

Researcher recommended using hypnosis learning program to improve psycjological variables and skill performance level
