Abstract EN

This study is about clarifying the role of justice in achieving settlement of the Islamic political system since the Righteousness and goodness of any political system in the world are connected to the establishment of justice between citizens.

Also, the study examines this role by clarifying the essence of justice and discussing its importance in the life of the rulers and ruled people and explaining the legitimate guide upon which the establishment of justice has become an obligation.

Moreover, the study deals with the areas of administration of justice and the necessary procedures to establish it in all fields.

The study ends up with the Turkish experience as a contemporary sample of the role of justice in the settlement of the political system.

The study explains that applying Allah's obligations by giving rights without exorbitance or negligence and establishing comprehensive justice by achieving it in all social, economic, administrative, political and legal areas among all societies are a sign of community safety and a guarantee of the bonds between individuals and the settlement of the regime.

Furthermore, the study concentrates upon a group of legitimate and legal procedure to achieve justice.

Also it gives the Turkish experience as a sample of the role of justice in achieving settlement of the Islamic political system.
