Abstract EN

One of the most serious issues that Islamic jurisprudence dealt with was related to marriage and divorce and that is because of the great danger it results which might affect an important aspect of society- family.

This study is intended to shed the light on the issue that needs us to stop and think about what the rule of Sharia is when a man who is sentenced to death wants to marry a woman or divorce his wife, the charge is intending to harm in such conditions.

Hence, this study will show the sayings of jurists, their doctrines and evidence to outweigh the most correct statements in these two issues
