Abstract EN

This study deals with how the scientific development has affected the change of the Islamic identification of some issues within the Islamic rule through the reference to contemporary application models that cause some change in the Shari'ah ruling because of the progress and scientific progress in various fields.

For example, the ideas of some contemporary Muslim scholars towards the issue of trade in dogs, snakes, scorpions and insects show a great change and how these legal provisions have changed from prohibition to permissibility based on scientific development in the field of training of sniffer dogs, pharmacology, poisons and insectology.

This study concludes that modern scientific development has a great jurisprudential effect in changing the Islamic ruling towards such issues depending on the proofs of modern science which change some of the reasons that the former scholars built upon or addressing some of the necessities in this age that were not dealt with previously.

The study mentions some of the controls that must be provided.

The study focuses on the importance of following the inductive and analytical approach as well as the experimental scientific one.

The study refers to some specialists' perspectives, interviews and field visits through the course of the study.
