Abstract EN

The present study aims at investigating the self-management elements and their fundamentals vis-à-vis Islamic education embodied in the objectives, planning, priorities, and time.

The method employed included the descriptive deductive analytic approach.

The findings of the study show that identifying the objectives is a very crucial step towards success and achievement; the objectives controllers in Islamic education comprise having good and faithful will and ensuring that the objectives go in harmony with the Sharia Law; selfmanagement planning involves mental pre-preparation to do what is required taking into consideration the full trust in Allah after providing suggested solutions to conceivable complications; Islamic education emphasizes organizing priorities to perform tasks with regard to how important they are; self-management time rules in Islamic education comprise the use of means which lead to best results with the lowest processing cost and shortest time to quickly perform tasks without delay.

Finally, the study recommends the inclusion of the self-management elements in the Islamic education in all curricula in a way that is appropriate to all levels.
