The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of an interactive video in developing complex performance skills Study investigated the degree of effectiveness of extracurricular activities within the Greenline from the employees in community centers perspective.

The study population was consisted of all community centers employees including (620) employees, in the scholastic year (2016/2017), study sample consists of (232) community centers employees.

The questionnaire consists of (22) items.

The psychometric properties of the questionnaire were verified by statistical and educational methods the study find that the degree of effectiveness of extracurricular activities within the Greenline from the employees in community centers perspective, is medium, and there was no statistically significant differences in the degree of effectiveness of extracurricular activities within the Greenline from the employees in community centers perspective according to gender, Job title, and academic qualification.

And there were statistically significant differences in the degree of effectiveness of extracurricular activities within the Greenline from the employees in community centers perspective according to the years of experience, for the benefit of more than 10 years The study recommended to provide specialized committees to prepare the necessary plans for extracurricular activities in community centers, and to provide the necessary rehabilitation for community centers employees to enable them to prepare and follow-up extracurricular activities with high efficiency
