The purpose of this study is to clarify the Practicing Degree of school principals in Negev educational region for administrative communication from the perspectives of teachers, and to clarify the effect of (gender.

Scientific qualification .years of experience ) in teachers' estimates to the practice degree for administrative communication.

The sample of the study consisted of (400) teachers which were chosen in stratified random way, and it was used the descriptive survey methodology, and also it was used the questionnaire to collect the needed data to achieve the aims of the study.

The study results showed that the Practicing Degree of school principals for administrative communication was (moderate), there were significant statistical differences in teachers' estimates to the Practicing Degree of school principals for administrative communication due to the vaiable (gender.
