Several results of the research showed the most important: the exestence of a significant correation between the intellectual capital and the Organizational Developent, The research also showed a disparity in the impact of intellectual capital components in the Organizational Developent of the Ain touta Cement Company, as the human capital accounts for (28%) in the organizational development of this company, followed by the head of the relational capital (21%) and finally the head of the structural capital (16%).

The research recommended the need in the last the importance of structural Capital and Relational capital as they are important means to realize Organizational Developent
