The research purpose to design a program for developing some of time management skills for preschool children, and to define the effectiveness of this program, The sample consisted of (10 children, (4) boys and(6)girls) enrolled in the second grade of kindergarten, ages ranged between (6 - 7 years), The research used(Raven) intelligence scale, Time management scale, Program for developing time management, The researcher used the semi-experimental method, The research results as follows; There are statistically significant differences between mean of rank grades of the experimental group pre and post application, There are statistically significant differences between mean of rank grades of the experimental group pre and post application in every single skill, There are statistically significant differences between mean of rank grades of the children ( males and females) on the scale of time management skills in post application.
