Abstract EN

The aim of this research is to use mobile e-leaming technology for learning provisions of tajweed and recitation of Holy Quran, and measure the effectiveness of both mobile e-learning environment (Animation -Video) in the educational aspect of cognitive development, in addition to prepare a list of criteria of design of mobile e-learning to develop the knowledge for Holy Quran tajweed.

The researchers analyzed the pronunciation of letters course, and a list of mobile e-learning environment design using (animation - video) criteria were reached, and the instructional design model introduced by Khamis (2007) was used to develop a mobile e-learning environment based on (animation - video); based on the criteria were reached, and the two environments were arbitrated.

The sample consisted of (18) students studying Tajweed science (intonation), "first-level" Shaikh Isa bin Ali A1 Khalifa Center for Teaching Holy Quran & its sciences.

They were distributed evenly by (9) students on two experimental groups according to the pattern of the learning environment.

A mobile e-learning environment has been designed and applied to the sample.

The researchers has prepared the following search tools: an achievement cognitive test (pre - post).

The validity and reliability of the toos was ascertaining, and six (6) hypotheses were drafted to answer the research questions.

The both mobile e-learning environment (Animation - Video) were applied on the experimental groups, and the achievement cognitive test (pre - post) were applied, and the hypotheses were tested by using a statistical software package for social sciences (SPSS), and the results were discussed and interpreted.

The research reached to several recommendations and a list of proposed researches.
