Abstract EN

This research is exposed to the statement of a new idea is that the Qur'anic Surah adopted in its meanings and content on effects of names of Allah and his higher qualities , And I have applied a typical idea to this in Surah Al-Mulk, And I explained that this surah was built meaning and content on effects of the name of Allah (The king).

The Surah has mentioned qualities of the true king To do well to manage his kingdom's affair.

Such as: Creation, ability, pride, forgiveness, kindness, experience, compassion, science, sight- The most important recommendations were: 1- Preparation of a scientific encyclopedia entitled (Explanation Quranic surahs for the names of Allah and his high qualities).

Adopting one of the sections of the Qur'an and its sciences in one of universities in a complete interpretation that is divided on the students taking care of interpreting Qur'an surahs for the names of Allah and his higher qualities.
