Abstract EN

This study aims to explore the contribution of e-management in improving the public service management at the municipality' of Beb El-Oued (Civil Status service).

We used a questionnaire as a main tool for data collection and Our sample encompassed 50 employees.

Whereby the results have revealed the followings : e-management is provided at Beb El-Oued municipality' (civil status service) with high degree by 76% the e-management contributes to realize the criteria of improving the public service management (responsiveness, assurance, empathy) at Beb El-Oued municipality' with high degree by 76.6%.
