This paper discusses the necessity of the treaties in Islamic Fiqh, as it is of the importance in the construction of Islamic rulings, in addition to the need to know the provisions related to treaties based on the rules of necessity and the need to descend its status.

which is related to the relationship between the Islamic countries and the other countries , especially in the case of the weakness of the Muslims, through the study of the concept of necessity and its rules and the concept of treaties, and the extent of the treaty's impact on the reasons and motives of its convening necessarily, as well as the statement of necessity in the conditions of validity of the treaties and the expiration of the treaty by following the sayings of the jurists in their places and establishing specific precise criteria to indicate what is necessarily permitted and what is not permitted in the provisions of the treaties.
