Abstract EN

The aims of this study are to identify types of the decisions that the Jordanian executive judge can issue and the methods of appeal against the decisions of the Jordanian executive judge.

the Jordanian executive judge issues several decisions, including judicial, administrative and state.

identification of these decisions requires determining the methods of appeal in each decision, as a decision of these decisions has a specific legislative way to challenge.

the judicial decision is appealed by challenging through the same executive judge who issued the decision, or appeal which made by court of first instance as appellate court within the jurisdiction of the executive judge; and the administrative decision is challenged by cancellation suit front of administrative court.
