Based on this, the research has the following two objectives: 1- Building an educational program based on the skills of thinking pivotal in the electrical and magnetic students of the Department of Physics 2- Know the effectiveness of the program in: Collection.
To achieve the goals of the research, the researcher developed two zero hypotheses according to the variables of achievement and mental capacity.
