Abstract EN

Change is one of the most important elements that are used to help organizations on the various forms of progress and development by adopting strategies that allow them to anticipate the change in order to reach the highest echelons of competitiveness and preserv e as much as possible.

With this in mind, we find that developing countries, including Algeria claim to follow up the developments in the developed world, through the pursuit of lasting economic institution to adapt to the data of internal and external surroundings through change management, depending on the effort and the conditions and capabilities of each institution.

In this paper, we try to shed light on the reality of change management and the future of economic organization in Algeria.
