Through this article we will try to address the most important features of human resource management in this light of globalization, and most important implication on the management thought, and most important features that the organization acquired in the age of globalization.
As we will discuss the philosophy of human resource management in the light of globalization, in addition to the basic roles that has been aligned to human resource management function now, as we will discuss the new trends in human resource management in the light of globalization, by addressing the most important aims and the main positive as well as negative effects arising from globalization on the practices of human resource management, and the future of human resource management after the changes.
