Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the challenges and difficulties facing the application of educational technology in primary schools from the point of teachers in Algeria (Mobile education as a model),According to several axes are : (The degree of ownership of these devices and the need for training, the use and use of time for these devices, the negatives and positives it leaves on the behavior of children, the difficulties of integrating mobile education).

Where the study followed the descriptive analytical method and the interview was used semidirected with (30) teachers in primary schools, And in analyzing our results we used a content or content analysis tool, The results of the study also indicated that there is a weak integration of mobile education in primary schools due to several difficulties(Self, administrative, technical, material, security), The study concluded with a set of suggestions and solutions.
