The purpose of this paper is studying the effectiveness of using smart phones Apps on raising hotels’ occupancy and operations’ efficiency at five-star hotels at the Red Sea, Egypt.
Data were collected via a semi-structured questionnaire addressed to hotels’ general managers, director of sales and marketing and E-marketing managers, The research focused on a sample of hotels’ local chains in Red Sea, Egypt.
