Abstract EN

The aim of this study was to reveal the students' perceptions of the level of teachers' justice and the level of motivation to learn in light of the gender, grade, and achievement.

The sample consisted of (408) students, 206 male and 202 female from Al-Ramtha schools.

They were chosen in the available way.

The results showed that the students' perceptions of the level of teachers' justice are high and the level of learning motivation is moderate.

The existence of significant differences in the students' perceptions of the level of teachers' justice is due to the variable of grade in favor of the sixth grade, compared to the tenth and eleventh grades.

And differences in the level of motivation due to the variable achievement level among high achievers and low achievers in favor of those with a high level of achievement, and between those with intermediate achievement and those with low achievement in favor of those with intermediate achievement The results also showed no significant differences in the level of teachers' justice due to the gender variable.

And no significant differences in the level of learning motivation attributed to the variable of grade.

The results also showed a statistically significant positive relation between the perceptions of the level of teachers' equity and the level of learning motivation
