Abstract EN

The aims of the study is to identify the analysis of the dimensions of the ambidexterity training as an mechanism of innovation, and its relations to the variables of developing the dynamics of the work teams, and determine the relative blindness of these variables and the relationship between them, as well as determining the level of training proficiency and its role in improving the level of developing the dynamics of the teams.

to achieve these objectives, a questionnaire was designed for managers working in jordanian commercial banks.

after collecting and analyzing the data, the study found a strong and positive influential relationship between the ambidexterity training and the variables of the functional dynamics of the teams.

it also found a strong relationship between the characteristics of the sample of the study as a mediator variable, and between the variables of both performance and ambidexterity training.
