The study aimed to test the impact of investment on intellectual capital and its components: human capital, relational capital and structural capital in enhancing the value of organizations.

The study was dropped on the cement company in Tebessa using the questionnaire as a key tool in data collection.

The study found that intellectual investments enhance the value of the organization under consideration.

Finally, the study presented a number of results and recommendations related to the subject.
