Abstract EN

The success of the organization is linked to an effective strategy based on clear and defined goals and objectives.

The aim of this study is to highlight the need to use incentives as tools to encourage and motivate employees to achieve these goals and objectives as incentives are one of the main entrances to compensation for workers.

As long as there is no behavior without motivation, these impulses must be stimulated by induction and excitement through certain tools and means favored and sought by the workers, which are called incentives.

That is, the behavior of the individual is determined primarily according to his motives, which are considered as potential energies and internal forces expressed goals and needs, incentives are external stimuli or external factors in the surrounding environment offering different opportunities to satisfy these motivations.

There are many types of incentives used in organizations and theories explained to them and are classified into: material and moral, individual and collective, positive and negative as well as social services.

Each organization chooses the ideal mix of incentives to have an integrated system that motivates employees to perform well.
