Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the role of administative communication in activating the performance of the staff of the faculty of humanities and social sciences at the university of Blida 02- Lounici Ali, and to achieve its purpose, we designed a questionnaire and applied it to a sample of 50 employees at the faculty.

our results include : 1- administrative communication is an important element in the university, as it works to achieve communication between employees successfully and effectively ; 2- the participation of workers in decision-making leads to raise their morale and thus achieve job satisfaction, which increases the level of performance ; 3- workers within the college object communication problems during the performance of their duties.
