Abstract EN
This study aims to highlight the role of human resources practices in the integration of social responsibility in the company; the study was conducted with a targeted sample of seventy-five (75) Human Resources Manager, thirty -five active industrial enterprises in the region of Oran.
The main results of this research are: - There is a significant correlation between the number of obtainable trainings and practical trainings.
- There is a significant correlation between the number of staff in contract fixed-term employment and career management system.- There is significant correlation between the satisfaction of the salary and the management system of remuneration.- There is a significant difference between human resources practices for the objective of the Human Resources function.
