Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the trends of Headmasters in secondary stage about the subject of physical education and sports.

This is in relation to professional experiences variable (less than 05 years, more than 05 years).

To this end a field study was conducted at the level of all secondary schools of the region of EL-OUED.

The descriptive approach is appropriate to conduct such studies, which focus on studying the trends, opinions and tendencies.

The study population consisted of all Headmasters of secondary stage in the province of El-Oued .

The total of them is 62 directors.

Relying on a purposive sample (invocation).

In order to verify the Hypotheses we have chosen the school administration scale trends toward Physical Education and Sport prepared by Prof.

Dr.MOHAMED MOHAMED EL HAMAHMI (1993).

It consists of 50 words (units), (including 22 positive words and 28 negative words), representing three dimensions( or axes).
