Abstract EN

This resarch deals with : how to determine the paternity of illegitimate children by DNA testing.

The First part of the research discusses the Islamic Sharia approach to determine paternity of children in general.

The second part gives cases where determining paternity through DNA testing can be applied.

As for the third part, it explains the scientific methodology of determining paternity of illigitimate children.

Finally, I elaborated how DNA testing was used by scientists to determine paternity of illigitimate children and concluded with with findings and recommendations.
