Abstract EN

The objective of this research is to identify the role of strategic uncertainty in the environment to adopt chameleon leadership behaviors.

The research was based on descriptive descriptive approach through the opinions of a sample of the staff of the Real Estate Department of Najaf Branch.

Of the modern topics as an independent variable explanatory and strategic uncertainty as a variable responder, and the analysis was conducted by the adoption of a set of statistical tools to suit the objective of the research, and adopted the programs of statistical package (Smart PLS).

The research included a number of conclusions: The most important of which is that the character of the warcraft as a high level of self-monitoring would contribute effectively to coloration according to changing environmental conditions and environmental uncertainty to reduce the effort and time and streamlining work, which contributes to achieving strategic value.
