Abstract EN

This study aims at studying the verbal participant at Al-Mahdawi in his explanation: (Obtainment for the Benefits of Detail Book), that is by raising his method, sharing and getting acquainted with verbal's significances he mentioned.

The researcher followed the descriptive method Through showing Al-Mahdawi's speech in the verbal participant of the Holy Qura'n contexts together with discussing what he mentioned agreeing or disagreeing, followed that the comparative method represented in scrutinizing Al-mahdawi's speech and comparing it with linguists interpreters, and gething acquainted with the most important results.

The study deduced that Al-Mahdwi cared about the verbal participant, that is by mentioning the meaning that concern the word in contexts of the Qur'an; some words acquired the meaning from its origin, usage meaning or significance of the context.
